It has been a passion of mine for many years to provide an opportunity for people who live their lives investing in others to be able to close their office door and connect online with a Coach ready to invest in their lives. Through Personal Ministry Metrics, we now have that opportunity!
Group Coaching
Through group coaching, you will have the opportunity to invite up to four others to meet with coach online together and also take time to work together to help each other develop and implement your personal ministry metrics in every area of your life.
Here are some of the potential areas you can work through with your coach:
My Faith Metrics - Prioritizing my connection with God as my ultimate source of wisdom and power to accomplish His ministry and defining my identity base on who I am in Christ.
My Personal Metrics - Prioritizing time to invest in my own wellness, integrity, and personal growth.
My Family Metrics - Prioritizing loving your family like God loves you and working together to help each other live the live that God desires.
My Ministry Metrics - Working with staff and volunteers in a way that prioritizes right relationships and working together to accomplish God’s best in every life and accomplishing our part of His plan in every ministry.
